WhatsApp bookings with Claude
Stop retyping agency messages.

A message arrives
Only messages from numbers you have allowed are processed.

Claude reads it
Reservation number, date, time, route, passenger, passenger count, flight, price and vehicle type become fields. Anything not in the message is left empty, never guessed.

Missing details are asked for
If a required field is missing, the sender is asked on WhatsApp, one field at a time, and Claude reads the reply.

You approve
The booking arrives as "awaiting approval". Once your dispatcher confirms it, it is scheduled and the sender gets a confirmation.
